Young Liverpool was founded by Positive Futures, Sports Alive North West and Walton Youth & Community Project, bringing together established organisations with deep roots in Liverpool’s communities.
Today, Young Liverpool is growing into a wider network of organisations, community groups and partners, united by a shared commitment to strengthening youth work and improving opportunities for young people across the Liverpool City Region.
Young Leaders is Young Liverpool’s first flagship programme, supporting young people to build leadership skills and play an active role in their communities and shape the future of youth work.
Through mentoring, training and real-world experience, the programme helps young people develop confidence, influence local change and explore pathways into volunteering, education and employment.
